Michael
Michael McCann is the founder and managing director of MMC Legal, a specialist disputes resolution and litigation firm. As an experienced solicitor, Michael has built a reputation for delivering strategic and results-driven legal solutions for both businesses and individuals.
Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2013, Michael brings over a decade of expertise to his practice. He has particular proficiency in industrial disease claims, personal injury litigation, and commercial disputes. His depth of knowledge and meticulous approach allow him to navigate complex legal matters with precision and confidence.
Since establishing MMC Legal in 2022, Michael has fostered a firm that prioritises client-focused service and pragmatic legal advice. Clients value his astute, commercially minded approach and his ability to tailor solutions to their unique challenges.
Lisa
Lisa joined MMC Legal in 2023, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in litigation. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to providing exceptional client service, ensuring that individuals navigating the legal system receive clear communication at every stage of their case.
Lisa has previously worked with Hoffman Patterson Solicitors and Keoghs NI LLP, where she developed extensive expertise in litigation matters. Her wealth of experience enables her to support clients effectively, offering practical guidance and a strong commitment to guiding clients through challenging situations with clarity.
In addition to her legal career, Lisa is currently studying Counselling part-time at the University of Ulster, further enhancing her ability to support clients with empathy and professionalism. Her combination of legal expertise and compassionate client care makes her a valued member of the MMC Legal team.
Megan
Megan joined MMC Legal in 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor and is on track to qualify as a Solicitor in September 2026. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on legal experience, Megan brings dedication and a keen analytical mind to her role.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) from Ulster University in 2023, achieving a 2:1. During her studies, she developed essential legal skills, including research, problem-solving, and client advocacy. Prior to joining MMC Legal, Megan worked as a Paralegal at a well known Belfast law firm. Her legal experience, coupled with a commitment to client care, has strengthened her ability to handle complex legal matters with professionalism and empathy.
As she progresses in her legal career, Megan is committed to upholding the values of MMC Legal, ensuring high-quality legal support and advocacy for clients.
