The Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our vibrant team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience while supporting our solicitors across a variety of cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Solicitors and other colleagues with case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents
• Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organised
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner
• Preparing court bundles and supporting Solicitors in hearings and trials
• Providing administrative and legal support to the Litigation team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in litigation (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal work
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to professional development and learning
• A results-driven mindset with a client-focused approach
